INGREDIENTS:--
White chocolate-- 250g(approx)
Dry fruits-- 2tbsp(chopped)
Dried rose petal-- 1 tbsp
Rose essence-- 1/2tsp
Pink food colour-- few drop
METHOD :--
1 . Take a large bowl and chopped White chocolate.
2. Melt chocolate using microwave or double boiling method.
3. Add dry fruits and Dried rose petals. Along with rose essence.
4. Now add food colour.
5. Mix well.
6. Now take a chocolate moulds of your choice. Add dry fruits and dried rose petals.
7. Add pre prepared chocolate mixture in each cavity.
8. Now refrigerate for 30 min. Or till it set completely.
9. Royal rose chocolate is ready to serve.
