ROSY LYCHEE( cocktail)

Rosy Lychee Cocktail is perfect drink to celebrate any romantic celebration.

INGREDIENTS:--

1. Vodka-- 60ml

2. Rose syrup-- 1tsp

3. Lychee juice -- 120ml

4. Lemon-- 1/2 (juice)

5. Ice cubes--

6. Crush dried rose petals for garnishing.

7. Honey for brushing.

METHOD :--

1. Garnishing each glass by applying a thin coat of honey with the help of a paint brush on one side of glass. Sprinkle the crushed rose petals on the prepared pattern and dust off excess . Set aside. (make any desired pattern)

2. Now in a shaker add rose syrup, squeeze Lemon juice, Lychee juice, Vodka and few ice cubes. Place the lid on and shake till well combine.

3. Strain and pour into the prepared glass. Serve immediately. (Ice cubes optional).
