INGREDIENTS:--
Apple-- 1 small (chopped)
Milk -- 1cup ( lukewarm)
Oats-- 2tbsp
Cinnamon powder-- 1/4tsp
Dry fruits-- 1tsp(chopped)
Honey-- 1tsp
METHOD :--
1 . Soak oats, chopped apple in lukewarm milk for atleast 20 minutes. (Soaking oats prior to blending gives smoother texture to the smoothie )
2. Now take a mixer jar add all the soaked ingredients along with cinnamon powder and Honey. Blend them into fine paste.
3. Pour it in a glass and sprinkle cinnamon powder and garnish with dry fruits.
Enjoy the healthy smoothie.
