GREEN COFFEE BEANS

Green coffee beans is similar to green tea,in that it has a lot of health benefits. Technically green coffee beans are regular coffee beans, though unroasted.

Turns out roasting coffee beans results in loss of a natural antioxidant called chloregenic acid . Chloregenic acid us know to have many health benefits. So, the presence of Chloregenic acid in green coffee beans is what makes it so good for health.

How to make green coffee:--

Follow these steps to make yourself a comforting and healthy cup of green coffee.

  1. Heat around 200ml of water.

  2. If you are using whole green coffee beans ,you need to grind them .

  3. Take a spoonful of coffee powder in a cup and slowly pour the boiling water.

  4. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how strong you want it to be , before drinking.
