ROSE TEA

Rose tea is a herbal drink made by steeping dried or fresh rose buds or petals in water. Rose tea can be made into hot or iced tea.

There are so many benefits of rose tea such as best for natural skin anti aging ,rose tea has detoxifying properties, rich in vitamin C,it's help to sooth anxiety and reduce stress, reduce the sign of aging.


INGREDIENTS:--

  1. Rose -- 3 to 4

  2. Green cardamom-- 4

  3. Honey-- 1tsp (optional)

  4. Water-- 4 cup

METHOD :--

  1. Take 2 to 3 roses. Ensure flowers are edible.

  2. Separate the petals, rinse throughly before use.

  3. Take 4 cup of water in a pan.

  4. Add rose petals and green cardamon.

  5. Boil for 7 to 8 minutes and switch off the heat.

  6. Cover and allow to sit for 5 to 10 min.

  7. Strain it and serve the rose tea.

(NOTE-- If you are prone of food allergies, consult your physician before adding this herbal tea to your diet.)
