The easiest chocolate cake you will ever make and it's always a huge hit. It's the sort of easy dessert because you don't need to heat your oven.
It is easy to make and doesn't require flour, eggs or oil. The cake comes out rich and chocolatey.
Let's prepare the no oven cake.
INGREDIENTS:--
Digestive biscuits-- 300g
Dry fruits-- 100g
Sugar-- 100g
Butter-- 100g
Water-- 100ml
Chocolate-- 100g
For top Chocolate layer:--
Dark chocolate-- 100g
Butter 1tbsp
METHOD :--
Take a large bowl add Digestive biscuits and nuts of your choice.
2. Make a fine powder out of it.
3. Take a another bowl add Sugar, butter, water and chocolate. (Miss to shoot the chocolate here)
4. Melt in microwave or directly on the heat.
5. Add gradually chocolate mixture in the pre prepared biscuits mixture.
6. Mix it well.
7. Now take cake tin of your choice ,place the butter paper. Add the cake mixture.
8. Now take a another bowl add dark chocolate.
9. Add butter.
10. Melt it in microwave or double boiler method.
11. Now pour this chocolate sauce on the cake (top layer). Refrigerate it for 1hrs or till it set completely.
12. After 1 hrs take out from the refrigerator, trim the sides and garnish it .(here I used white chocolate and cherry)
13. Enjoy with your family and friends.
