NIHARI MASALA

Nihari Masala is just like Garam masala is mix of whole masala is mix of whole aromatic spices and powdered masala. The masala mix best when prepared with mutton or chicken.

Nihari Masala is special masala for Nalli Nihari. Store in an airtight container for long period.


INGREDIENTS:--

  1. Pepper corn --1tsp

  2. Black cardamon-- 1

  3. Green cardamom--4

  4. Cinnamon-- 2 inch

  5. Cloves-- 7 to 8

  6. Long Pepper-- 3(pipli)

  7. Mace-- 2

  8. Nutmeg-- 1/4 piece

  9. Fennel seeds-- 1tbsp

  10. Coriander seeds-- 1tbsp

  11. Cumin seeds-- 1tbsp

  12. Ginger powder-- 1tbsp

  13. Red chilli powder-- 1tbsp

  14. Kashmiri red chillpowder-- 1tbsp

  15. Coriander powder-- 1tbsp

  16. Turmeric powder-- 1tsp

  17. Salt-- 1tbsp


METHOD:--

  1. Take a plate and all the whole spices.

2. Take a plate add all the powdered masala.

3. Now in grinder add all the whole spices and make a fine powder out of it.

4. Now add all the powdered masala in this mix.

5. Mix it well and Nihari Masala is ready, store in a airtight container.
