Nihari Masala is just like Garam masala is mix of whole masala is mix of whole aromatic spices and powdered masala. The masala mix best when prepared with mutton or chicken.
Nihari Masala is special masala for Nalli Nihari. Store in an airtight container for long period.
INGREDIENTS:--
Pepper corn --1tsp
Black cardamon-- 1
Green cardamom--4
Cinnamon-- 2 inch
Cloves-- 7 to 8
Long Pepper-- 3(pipli)
Mace-- 2
Nutmeg-- 1/4 piece
Fennel seeds-- 1tbsp
Coriander seeds-- 1tbsp
Cumin seeds-- 1tbsp
Ginger powder-- 1tbsp
Red chilli powder-- 1tbsp
Kashmiri red chillpowder-- 1tbsp
Coriander powder-- 1tbsp
Turmeric powder-- 1tsp
Salt-- 1tbsp
METHOD:--
Take a plate and all the whole spices.
2. Take a plate add all the powdered masala.
3. Now in grinder add all the whole spices and make a fine powder out of it.
4. Now add all the powdered masala in this mix.
5. Mix it well and Nihari Masala is ready, store in a airtight container.
