DONUT BALLS

Donut Balls are the classic sweet goodie that have long been enjoyed in some version in nearly all over the world.

Thick, rich,sweet dough is formed into a circle (with or without hole or in small balls shaped)are either baked or fried to fluffy, tender perfection.

Let's prepare Donut Balls.

INGREDIENTS:--

  1. Fresh milk-- 6tbsp

  2. Sugar-- 1tbsp

  3. Instant yeast-- 1tsp

  4. All Purpose flour-- 1cup

  5. Salt-- 1/2tsp

  6. Milk Powder-- 2tbsp

  7. Melted butter-- 1.5 tbsp

  8. Oil -- for frying

  9. Powdered sugar-- 1/3 cup

  10. Cinnamon powder-- 1/2 tsp

METHOD :--

  1. Take a bowl add fresh milk,dry yeast and sugar, mix well and keep aside.

2. Take another big size bowl add all purpose flour, salt ,powdered milk and mix well.

3. Now add milk mixture and melted butter, mix well till it takes a dough shape.

4. Let the dough rest for 60 minutes.

5. Now divde the dough into equal part, make balls out it. Let's the ball rest for 60 minutes.

6. Take a heavy bottom pan add sufficient oil for frying. Fry the balls into low to medium heat.

7. Fry till it trun golden brown. As soon as it trun golden brown remove it from the heat.

8. Sprinkle powdered sugar and Cinnamon powder.

9. Toss well ,so that each and every donut ball get coated.

10. Donut Balls are ready to serve.
