CHOCOLATE GANACHE TART

This incredibly easy,no bake chocolate tart is made with simple crust and rich chocolate ganache made with dark chocolate. You won't be able to eat just one piece.

This is a no bake chocolate tart tastes like a dream and is so easy to make . The crust is made with simple digestive biscuits and butter ,which you can never go wrong with.


Let's prepare the chocolate ganache tart.

INGREDIENTS:--

  1. Digestive biscuits-- 250g(approx)

  2. Cashew nuts -- 40g

  3. Butter-- 50g(as required)

  4. For Dark Chocolate Ganache:--

  5. Dark chocolate-- 150 g

  6. Fresh cream-- 100g

  7. Honey-- 10g

  8. Butter-- 10g

2. Grind them in mixer.

3. Add melted butter.

4. Mix well and add fresh cream.

5. Mix nicely so that it bind well .

6. Now take a baking tray(for cup cakes). Line it with cup cake paper. Add this biscuits mixer in each cavity with the help of muddle. Refrigerate it for 30 min. Or till it set completely.


7. Now take a bowl add dark chocolate.

8. Add fresh cream.

9. Melt the dark chocolate in microwave or double boiler method. Then add melted butter and Honey.

10. Mix it well.

11. Now fill all the tart with ganache. And refrigerate it for 1 hrs.or till it completely set.

12. After one take out from the fridge and garnish with shredded white chocolate and cherry. Chocolate Ganache tart is ready to serve.
