CHEESEY CORN

Cheesey corn is thick creamy,and cheesey corn recipe. The perfect cheesey and corny dish that you will love once you have it. This is perfect for any parties and is really comforting to soothe you up after a long day. Best part is that you don't need lots to make it. Even you can customize however you want.


Perfectly golden brown ooey,gooey cheese corn served on a piping hot cast iron skillet. It's simply perfect. This versatile, sweet,savory dish is best enjoyed hot.

Let's prepare the mouthwatering cheesey corn:--

INGREDIENTS:--

  1. Sweet corn-- 1 cup( steamed)

  2. Onion-- 1 small(chopped)

  3. Garlic-- 2cloves(grated)

  4. Green chilli-- 2(chopped)/to

  5. Chill flakes-- 2tsp

  6. Dried herbs-- 2tsp

  7. Tomato sauce-- 1tsp

  8. Processed cheese-- 1 cubes

  9. Mozzarella cheese-- 1/4

  10. Mayonnaise-- 2tsp

  11. Butter-- 2tsp

METHOD :--

  1. Take a iron skillet or a regular fry pan. Add butter.

  1. As soon as butter melts add garlic.


  1. Stir till garlic trun light brown.

4. Then add onions and green chilli.


5. Stir till the onion is translucent.


6. Now add half the red chilli flakes, dried herbs and tomato sauce.


7. Mix well. And add steamed corn.


8. Mix all the ingredients. Stir for 2 minutes.


9. Now add Processed cheese and mayonnaise.


10. Again mix well.


11. Even at this stage u can have it or use it as stuffing . But cheesey corn recipe is not over yet.

12. Now switch off the heat. Add Mozzarella cheese and rest of the chilli flakes and dried herbs.


13. Cover the pan with a lid. Wait till cheese melts completely.


14. Remove the lid. Cheesey corn is ready to serve.


*Don't add salt in this recipe because ingredients like cheese, sauce are already containing.


Enjoy hot cheesey corn with family and friends. Serve it in parties.
