CAIPIROSKA (vodka cocktail)

A popular drink in Brazil, Caipiroska is made with three simple ingredients vodka, lime,sugar. Throw in some mint leaves for refreshing twist. Easy and quick recipe of cocktail. Serve your guests in parties and enjoy with them.

INGREDIENTS:-- (serve 1)

1. Vodka -- 60ml

2. Lime -- 2 quarters

3. Sugar -- 2 to 3 tsp

METHOD :--

Fill the Glass with ice cubes to chill and set aside. Add sugar and lime quarters to a shaker. Muddle to extract the juice. Dump the ice from the glass into the shaker, add the vodka and shake until well chilled. Pour the drink into chilled glass.
