BUTTER CHICKEN MEATBALLS

Butter chicken meatballs are cooked in creamy, buttery silky smooth Indian makhani gravy. This recipe is flavour packed and super delicious dish that will be a treat for any occasion.

This Indian butter chicken meatballs recipe is twisted version of the very popular butter chicken or chicken makhani.

Let's prepare the recipe.

INGREDIENTS:--

  1. Chicken minced-- 500g(approx)

  2. Onion-- 1&1/2 cup(finely chopped)

  3. Tomato-- 1 large(roughly chopped)

  4. Butter-- 1tbsp

  5. Oil-- as required

  6. Ginger-- 1 tbsp (chopped)

  7. Garlic-- 1tbsp (chopped)

  8. Salt-- to taste

  9. Kashmiri red chill powder-- 1tsp

  10. Turmeric powder-- 1tsp

  11. Coriander powder-- 1tsp

  12. Kasturi Methi-- 1tsp

  13. Red chilli powder-- tsp

  14. Cashew nut-- 10 to 12

  15. Sugar-- 1tsp

  16. White bread crumbs-- 1/2cup

  17. Garam masala-- 1tsp

  18. Fresh cream-- 2tbsp

  19. Green cardamom-- 4

  20. Cloves-- 4

  21. Cinnamon stick-- 1 inch

  22. Black cardamon-- 1

  23. Egg -- 1(beaten)

METHOD :--

  1. Clean the chicken minced in a strainer. Keep it a side.

2. Chopped onion, garlic, ginger. Keep it aside.

3. Roughly cut the tomato.

4. Now take a fry pan, add oil as soon as the pan heat up. Add whole garam masala.

5. Add onion, garlic, ginger. Cook till it true light brown in colour.

6. Now add powder masala(spices).

7. Cook for 3 to 4 min. On low flame to avoid the burning of powdered masala.

8. Now add 1/4 this prepared masala in chicken minced along with bread crumbs and beaten egg,salt.

9. Mix it properly and keep aside.

10. Now add tomato and Cashew nuts in remaining masala.

11. Cook till tomatoes are mashy. Cool it down and make fine paste. (Even you can strain it for perfect smooth texture).

12. Now take a heavy bottom pan for frying the meatballs. Add sufficient oil. Make balls out of pre prepared chicken minced.

13. Fry till golden brown in colour. Keep it aside.

14. Now take the same fry pan. Add butter, aa so as butter melts add the onion, tomato smooth paste in it. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

15. Now add fresh cream.

16. Mix it well and add meatballs. Add dash of water if required.

17. Butter chicken meatballs are ready to served.

Serve hot with roti,parathas,naan, rumali roti, pulav.
