ANDE KA KEEMA

Ande ka keema is very unique dish. It is basically made with hard boiled eggs onions,tomatoes spices. Indian cuisine is very diverse and egg is prepare in several ways with the recipes varying by family to family.


This is one of my favourite recipe. Easy,quick, mouthwatering, delicious and hassle free. Perfect for brunch, lunch dinner. It goes well with any kind of Indian breads. But I like it with pav.

Lets prepare Ande ka Keema:--

INGREDIENTS:--

  1. Boiled eggs-- 6 pieces

  2. Eggs-- 2

  3. Onions--3( chopped)

  4. Tomato--3( chopped)

  5. Ginger-- 1tsp(grated)

  6. Garlic-- 1tsp

  7. Turmeric powder-- 1tsp

  8. Red Chilli powder-- 1tsp

  9. Cumin powder-- 1tsp

  10. Coriander powder-- 1tsp

  11. Kashmiri red chilli powder-- 2tsp

  12. Salt-- to taste

  13. Green cardamon-- 2

  14. Black cardamon-- 1

  15. Cinnamon stick-- 1 stick

  16. Cloves-- 4

  17. Oil -- as required

2. Grate all the boiled eggs with the help of grater.


3. Grate ginger and garlic and keep aside.



  1. Chopped onions and keep aside.

  1. Coarsely grind the tomatoes.

6. Now take two eggs add pinch of salt and red chilli powder. Beat it well.



  1. Now take a fry pan add oil as soon as oil heat up add beaten eggs and make crumble egg out of it. Keep aside.


  1. In the same pan add three to four spoon of oil. And add whole spices .

  1. Now add ginger and garlic paste .


10. Stir for 2 min .


  1. Now add chopped onion.


12. Stir continuously till it trun light brown.



  1. On other hand add all the powdered masala in tomato paste. Adjust salt at this point.


  1. Mix it well and add it in fry pan along with onions.


15. Stir continuously till oil ooze out.


16. Now add crumble eggs.


17. Mix it well.


18. Now add grated eggs .


  1. Mix well along with half cup water. And add aromatic masala. Cook for three to four minutes.


  1. Finish it with coriander leaves.


  1. Ande ka keema is ready to serve. Serve it with pav or any kind of Indian breads.
