MINT RAITA| PUDINA RAITA


Mint Raita is an easy raita recipe made with fresh mint leaves and with very few spices. This raita goes well with veg. Or non veg starter or with main course.

Mint Raita helps in digestion and neutralize the effect of eating spicy and oily food.

Let's make the MINT RAITA :--

INGREDIENTS:--

  1. Curd -- 2tbsp + 2tbsp

  2. Mint leaves -- 1/2 cup

  3. Green Chilli -- 1

  4. Salt -- to taste

  5. Sugar -- 1 tsp or to taste

  6. Cumin powder-- 1tsp ( roasted

& crushed)

7. Red chilli powder -- 1/2 tsp

8. Dry Boondi -- 1/2 cup

METHOD :--

  1. Take a mixer jar add 2tbsp fresh curd.


  1. Along with curd add mint leaves, green chilli, salt, sugar. Grind it.

  1. Transfer the mixture in a bowl. Add rest of the 2tbsp curd in mixture. Before adding beat well till it get smooths.

  2. Add boondi ,red chilli powder, roasted and crushed cumin seeds into the mixture and mix well.


  1. Mint raita is ready to serve. Enjoy it with your choice of starter or with main course.
